DELIVERY

All orders are sent directly from our Christchurch HQ. New Zealand orders are sent via NZ Post and international orders via DHL. We always provide tracking numbers with dispatch confirmation so you can stalk the location of your Cuti.

Orders placed from Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched the following business day. 

Our target delivery time to New Zealand addresses is overnight (excluding rural). For rural customers, please allow an additional 2-5 working days.

International DHL express shipping is available to most countries. Simply add your address at the checkout for eligibility, pricing and delivery options.

If your order has not arrived in one week since ordering, please email hello@cuti.co.nz  and we will check in with our courier to see what’s going on.

REFUND POLICY

We hope you love your Cuti as much as we do, but if there are any probs you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange, store credit or full refund.

In the rare instance of a faulty product, we will provide a store credit or a full refund. Please get in touch with us at hello@cuti.co.nz with as much information as possible, as well as an image of your faulty product. This will help us assess the extent of the fault and ensure no future issues will occur. 

Once an order has been made and paid for, you cannot cancel it, unless in a special circumstance and the cancellation is approved by our team.

If you enter incorrect delivery information on the Cuti website during checkout, you will be liable for your order being delivered to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays which fall outside the control of Cuti or our employees.
